7th arpeggios are the notes of a 7th chord played in numerical order.

The circled numbers refer to fingering. These fingerings are for the ascending form. Sometimes I'll finger them differently when descending. If you come up with a fingering that's more comfortable for you and you can make it work, be my guest.
The 6th string roots contain 2 octaves plus 2 notes in the 3rd octave:
1-3-5-7-1-3-5-7-1-3
The 5th string roots contain 2 octaves:
1-3-5-7-1-3-5-7
These patterns should be practiced ascending and descending around the circle, reciting names.
